[Reminder email from the Match Director]
You are scheduled to shoot the 2015 Oklahoma Limited, Open, Revolver Sectional on Saturday, August 29th. Below are a few things for your information.
Registration â€" RO’s and some folks that needed to are shooting on Friday the 28th starting at 8:00am. Registration will commence after the staff has completed shooting, or if someone is in the registration office to assist with registration. The official registration will commence at 4:00pm on Friday until 7:00pm on Friday evening. We will reopen registration at 7:00am on Saturday morning.
Shooters Meeting â€" Saturday’s shooters meeting will commence at 8:00am with shooting starting directly after that. We have locked down registration so no other changes can be made to the squads. Shooters meeting for the RO’s will commence at the same time on Friday.
Squads â€" We are shooting 9 squads. The 10th squad that has 6 shooters on it will be split and shooters assigned to squads. Please, if you are on Squad 10, take a look and see who you would prefer to squad with and we will try and make it happen. Please have this request sent to this address before midnight on Tuesday night. I will reassign squads on Wednesday.
Stages â€" There are 10 stages plus the chrono. A minimum round count of 243 rounds for the stages is required.
Awards â€" Awards will be given out after the official review time is completed on Saturday. We are anticipating the last shot being fired at around 3:00-3:30pm. This should give us plenty of time to hand out awards and be on the way home by 5:30pm.. The awards this year are incredible and I would like to thank Luis Renova for the artwork and Tony Wall for the Laser work.
Please visit www.okcgunclub.org for directions. We will be the third left on Hiwassee north of 234th (or Sorghum Mill Rd). There will be an IPSC target at the entrance. Please feel free to reach out and let us know if you have any questions.
