2015 Oklahoma Sectional

Yeah I can shoot open at the sectional this year. We just have to get torential rain in April so we have more to talk about...

Hopefully it will be less "Soggy" this year. After the match last year I bagged up my pants and shoes at the range. When I got home and opened the bag and showed my wife her face was like........ :o

One a good note, I used the Climate Shield version of the Solomon Speed Cross 3 shoes and VERY MUCH to my surprise my feet were still dry with zero water or mud on the inside after slopping around in the mud all day. These shoes are my go to kicks for the sloppy mudy range conditions. They also work great in snow/slush, but you guys probably don't have to worry about the "White Stuff" in Oklahoma.

Sorry fellas, haven't been on the forums much lately. We are looking at the same weekend as last year. The first weekend in September with a single day format. I would like to, at one point, run a two day match in which another club hosts three divisions and you can shoot two sectionals in one weekend. We would both run 8 or so stages and you could shoot either club either day. Be kinda cool to shoot at ATA or USSA Saturday in limited and at OKCGC Sunday in Open, or Saturday at OKC in production and Sunday at the other club in Revo or Lim 10. I really would like to see another big match at ITPSC. That facility and the folks down there are great.
 
Isn't that the same weekend as the Area 4 match?

10-12-14: The 2015 Area 4 Championship will be held at the Triple C Tactical Training Gun Range in Cresson TX, September 3rd-6th, 2015. Details to follow.

Will there be open this year?
 
We are starting to work with the other clubs to see if/what they want to host and what time of year would work for them. I would love to personally have a warm up before A4 or between A4 and Nats. More to come. I promise, Open will be shot as a division this year in an Oklahoma sectional! :)
 
Not yet. Still trying to find a good time that doesn't step on a close sectional or other major. Should have something g this week.

It was the week after Area 4 last year. I didn't seem to notice it making a big difference.

Oh, and I'm sure everyone wants details as to which divisions will be open to compete in.

Chris is gonna want to shoot his revo or his mouth off, one of the two.
