2015 Missouri 3-Gun Championship 3/21-22/15

I have attached the schedule of events and squad lists as well as the rules. We may have a some RO's finishing a few stages Friday morning. Range will be cold from 12pm Friday till the start of the match Saturday morning. It should allow for plenty of time to look at the stages prior to the match. Let me know if you have any questions. Match is quickly approaching!

ETA: There are 2 slots open on squad 11 if anyone wants to shoot!

Due to some last minute drop outs

We now have 2 slots open

As well as 1 room has opened at the Western Hills Motel in Versailles, I imagine everybody already has their rooms, but this is the closest motel to the match.

Not sure what the RO's did to make God angry ( maybe it just to give the rest of you a fighting chance

) , but perfect weather every day UNTIL the RO's shoot . . . . . . . . . . . . . . then it rains. . . .

had another great day of RO's shooting though

Perfect weather predicted for the match days.

Perfect weather for the match? I need to do my rain dance a bit harder then.
Make sure you do that at home, I don't think we would recover if seen publicly.

Some things can't be UNseen. :o

Gonna be a great weekend.

I just want to say thank you to all the shooters who came out and shot the first Missouri 3-Gun Championship. Congrats to all our division winners with Jerry Miculek taking high overall. I think the match was a huge success.

Big thanks to all our sponsors who made it all possible. Big thank you to AR15.com who not only sponsored the match but also stepped up on Thursday night to RO when 2 of our RO's backed out last minute. Also a huge thank you to all the competitors who offered to RO for us when word got out. It really shows the comradery that exists in this awesome sport. Our RO's handled everything well and the match ran smoothly because of it.

Please take the time to contact the sponsors and thank them for their support.

We plan on making it bigger and better every year and would like everyone's input on how we can do that. The match was not without a few minor hiccups but nothing that was not easily overcome.

Based on my vast amount of experience with 3 gun matches (This was my 7th), I think this match went great. I don't have a lot of money, but my shooting dollars will always go to the companies who support our sport and websites like Boomer Shooter. I'm really excited about the 50 dollar discount on Glock slide work by Arfcom for the competitors that shot this match and plan to take advantage of it.

As always, this match had great stage design that made me love and despise Josh Loganbill at the same time. If you've never shot at Lead Farm, it's something to do. You will be humbled if there's any hole in your 3 gun game. I only found a few small areas I need to improve on; rifle, pistol, shotgun, stage planning, and remembering my plan when the timer beeps. You know, little things.

Great match and I look forward to the monthly matches to keep showing my weaknesses and any improvements I am or am not making.
