The number on the card indicates the current consecutive year of membership. Mine is a 5, too, actually.

No, not my first year. Mitch, I didn't know that. I thought it was just the corresponding year, 2015 hence the "5". That's cool though.

I believe the 5 is for the year 201"5", cause this is just my second year as a member and my card says 5 as well.

That sucks because they cashed my check 12-12-14. I didn't get it until May last year.
