I'd choose .40 because I'm mostly setup for that as well but, seriously, I'd be ecstatic winning an STI in any caliber.

I'd take a free STI regardless of caliber. My wife and I both shoot 9mm and .40 but my S&W CORE and her Glock 34 are both 9mm. I'd be happy to have a .40 comp gun.

I hear ya, the reality of me ever really becoming a real contender are slim. Besides the standard issue Berrata 9mm all of my experience is with .40 and I shoot pretty flat with it.

there is no reason not to be a contender in local matches at the very least, you are gonna want a 9.... just wait, youll see
