As good as this match is, I would still like to see the Highplains Shotgun Challenge keep going. Not enough shotgun only matches out there.

Highplains was local for a lot of us. A big factor in our match attedence. If I could afford to travel to one of these I would but its not an option now.

This was a great match!!! It had a great mix of burners and long ass kickers with plenty of technical aspects in every stage to really confound a shooter. Next year this one will definitely be on our must shoot list.
It can't replace High Plains but doesn't need to. They are two separate matches just like all good matches should be, I mean who likes shooting classifiers anyway. In a perfect world there would be more shotgun matches of this level and more competitors to support them. You folks don't know what you missed. And the weather was GREAT.

Well after shooting all three shotgun matches this year I have to say we saved the best for last. All three were great but fhe cool weather, high round count, fun stages, great staff, and excellent prize table was pretty impressive.

Thanks again to our imbedded RO's for letting me shoot through on the last four stages so I could get on with my 12th anniversary vacation.

Oh man I missed out of the group photo. Looking at the Sunday scores I missed out on some time as well. I guess I should have listened to James and shot the rest on Sunday. My legs hurt like heck Saturday night. 13 stages in 13 hours including 3 stages of 50-100 of running and two flights of stairs. I was wrecked!!!

Here is the Team Noveske video from the match. Katie was high Lady and high Junior and 4th overall in Tactical. Rob won tactical. Jansen won pump.

I think everybody hurt this weekend. Just be glad you didn't have to hit those stairs after the rain Sunday morning. Wish we woulda got you in the picture but honestly we were worn out Saturday and didnt even think about pics.

You're welcome! I fell up those stairs going from the 1st to the 2nd floor. The pitch changed drastically after the first set. My feet couldn't keep up. It was really weird shooting down from that high up. I shot really slow!
