2012 Arkansas Section Multi Gun Championship September 29-30th

Looks like I'm in the match. Can anybody tell me about shotgun capacity? I know it's 8+1 at the buzzer. Can we load more after the buzzer?
 
USPSA still limits mag capacity to 8 rounds at any time. You put 9 in that tube and you are now shooting open. Put your short tubes back on it plug the big one.

Or at least that's how I understand it.

Open USPSA already removed the limit in shotgun capacity. The new proposed/unofficial rule set update that I'm told shoukd be voted into effect in early 2013 will do away with the Limited/Tactical 8+1 shotgun capacity.
 
so...to be clear on the loading
start with 8+1 and you CAN'T load another at the buzzer except in open class for this match? or can we?

If you put 9 in your gun for an empty chamber start or 10 for a loaded gun start you're in open. Plug your tube so it only holds 8.
