2012 3 Gun Nation Pro Series Event #1 March 31, 2012

Why would you go into a race (which this really is) with questionable gear?

I have faith in my equipment but I had a shotgun malfunction on a stage that cost me several places. I've seen the same happen to better shooters than I (using great equipment). Like Kurt said though - it's a part of the game anyways, ya win some and lose some.

It was my fault for being too hard headed to remember to throw down the gun and transition to another one. I'm glad Mr. Romero has included this ability and now all I have to do is train to use it.

We're pretty much all agreeing on the same thing not to beat a dead horse.

The good thing is, I've got 4 more chances to move from 49th to 48th... ^_^

BTW: We should be able to engage clay pigeons with pistols and rifles and take out long range steel with pistols. :D

Most definitely! It was my favorite match last year and with the way Sheldon is hyping it, this year will be as fun if not more!

I indicated on my squad request to be put with two people and "Tac-Irons Shooters."

I'll have a zoom lever on my glass because of the pro-series but I'll probably bump into you and the crew from OK!

The match was different, no "NO-Shoots", no slugs, no long distance shots, just lots of fast and dirty shooting. But, there were options and there was trouble in some of those plans!! I liked the one day format. Travel costs are cut down and less time away from work.

The reverse order last stage was pretty cool. Having the score board flash the time you needed to get into 1st place was exciting. The #5-10 guys have nothing to loose and swung for the fences. It was fun to watch.

I think the format is a winner for future matches.

Ladies and Germs 2 time 3 gun nation shoot off winner and Pro series event #1 champion, Keith Garcia. Congrats man! Sorry about the name dropping ass kissing introduction.

You know I thought I would enjoy the one day format more than I did. It kinda felt like a job. I flew in as late as possible and out as early as possible. Wait that's exactly like a job! I guess that's why they are calling it the Pro Series.
