at the Double Tap Ranch beginning Thursday September 1st through Sunday September 4th 2011.

Last night Ken & I finished up the stages for the 2011 Area 4 championship.
They are going off to Amidon/NROI for Level III approval today.
You'll not want to miss the match this year.
Ken will have the stages posted on the 2011 Area 4 Championship once he's received final approval from NROI.

Are you required to have a USPSA RO certification?

For Level III matches the requirement is that at least one of the RO's on each stage have a certification.
Ken will have 2 RO's on every stage. Of those he currently has on staff, I'm not sure who has/hasn't an RO certification.
My bet is that he will consider those without the RO certification as well.
