2/20 - OKCGC Rifle Match

Sorry for sounding harsh handlebar, I didn't intend to be nasty.

Please understand that these matches are set up by a very hard working group of people that get little to no thanks for what they do. They set up matches with limited help and deal with all the little stuff that it takes to put these things on. They shoot stages in between entering scores which impacts their performance and makes for a stressful day. When they get home I imagine they want a little rest and maybe a cold beer.

Without the people willing to deal with all this we wouldn't have any matches, so I understand if scores take a few days.

Here's hoping we see you at a lot of matches in the future.

Hey Mike is there any chance you can post up the excel file for the scores? I'd like to see my individual times on the stages so I can do some ciphering before high plains. Thanks for all you do on these matches. It is very much appreciated.

I am trying to restore that. During the score viewing, while I was putting stuff away, the stage scores got jacked. I went and picked all the sheets out of the trash this morning at the club and will re enter them.

GT, nothing to apologize for. If the poster can't take the truth, or anyone else on this site, maybe they should go back to the drawer and find their big boy pants. It is true that we do a bunch o work to get these going especially since there was supposed to be 3 of us alternating running these. Scores get posted out here quicker than our website because we can control this. I am pretty sure the feller who posted the where are the scores got the point that it takes a bit to get them posted now and nothing hurt.

We'll see you all at the March 2-gun match. Although having done this for a while, I know how many stages we can shoot in a 1 day match, unlike our buddies in TX!

Holy crap this is spiraling out of control! I'm am 100% sure he was referring to the 2 gun match that went terribly wrong this weekend. At least that's the word we got???

Considering Chris and I shot from 8 am to 9:15 pm Saturday and didn't even complete a whole match, I'd say you're right.

Having never shot a rifle left handed, I definitely found out the hard way that I need to do it more. I was very surprised out how awkward it was for me & how much time it took me to even find the sights.
