Oh crap I just realized my wife is having surgery this week. I bet I will be at home nursing her back to health that weekend. Maybe we could persuade Mike to shoot this the weekend prior so you AR15 Targets guys coudl get a tune up and I coudl play too. I would volunteer to design and setup one stage all by myself.

We will be shooting the third Sunday each month. Sorry if you can't make it, but everyone complained last year about these not being regularly scheduled, so we gotta sleep in that bed we made..

We will be setting up 4 stages and starting at 10:00am.

Just for the record I only complained about not having a match EVERY month. Oh, and I might have said something about scores once

I will give the wife double pain meds which will make her sleep all day. Then I'll come play.

Actually, what's funny about this is that I didn't enter to shoot that Texas match because it is on the 3rd Sunday and I committed to running these matches. See what I do for you knuckleheads!

hehehehe.. That's why it will suck!

Actually, it might be OK, but I still think allowing folks to shoot two divisions is not cool. Also, it takes us about 1.21 hours on average per stage at our club with 8-10 shooters. They think they are going to shoot squads of 20 through 12 stages in 9 hours per day. I think it might turn into a bit of a mess. Hope not..

I thought the same about the run time. They seem a bit too optimistic. Maybe they have lots of range staff to score/paste? Hell, maybe it's ALL steel since the primary sponsor is AR15targets.com.

I also agree on the two divisions thing. I hadn't originally planned on it, but I'm shooting limited on Saturday ONLY because I want the same advantages as the other guys. It's pretty unfair to the people that only have the gear for the one division.

Plus there's a low-light match Saturday night that we're shooting as well. It's going to be a 700 rd. rifle/300 rd. pistol weekend.

Don't get me wrong, I think you guys will have a blast down there. It is difficult running multi-gun matches in relation to timing. We'll hope for the best for them..
