So I started collecting parts for this about 2 years ago. I finally got funds to get one built. It started out as a hk USC, it's a polymer reciever so an ump rear stub was fused to a cut USC reciever. Then cerokoted ral8000. Then he added the black and the German brown. Adco cut and threaded the barrel. Got a tirant 45 due to arrive next week, which will have the same color scheme. It will be topped with an aimpoint pro. The black USC I just added a hdps stock block with ump stock and lower. I have not cut vents or the reciever to accept the 25 rnd ump mags. Also it still has the 16" barrel. Today was my bday and my barrel arrived in the mail so I got take both to the range and have some fun. Today was a good day.

Nice, very nice. We could all do with that kinda birthday celebration!
Did you swap your SL8 for the black USC?

Thanks clicker I am really gonna try to be more apart of this community. This USC started its life as a grey USC, fordemti, had bought and tarted his hand at dying. I had another sl8 I sold him, and joked around saying when he was ready to sell it I would buy it. He called and I bought it. So it then went to Tom with a few ideas and Tom put some of his ideas to it and that is how it turned out. Now I'm in the process to see if any departments want to demo a ump with a B&T suppressor. I found a guy that has a few and going to try to cerecote one to match the gun. Until then I should get my tirant next week. So I still am looking to trade a sl8 for a USC so I can give to my dad to keep so that will be one less gun to bring.

I'm knee deep into the roller locked guns and I've never had the chance to play with a SL8 or a converted USC. A close friend owns a USC and we've had it out a couple of times.
Keep an eye peeled on the thread about a possible get together in two weeks out at Boggy Head and bring those beautiful HK's out to play if you're free.

Any time sir. Boggy is great cause I don't have to lug a bunch of gear 100 yds to line. I owned 2 sl8 before I shot them. My third one I figured out why people convert them to other things. The sl8 sucks to shoot. The USC I really liked, until I did the conversion. It's a differance between night and day. I don't think I'll ever soot a regular USC. This is why I'm trying to get one set up for my dad. My nephew liked shooting the USC a lot so I told him I would get him one to shoot. After shooting the conversion he will want me to bring it every time. Id rather send a built one to him, that way I only have to bring ammo when I head back north. I have one roller lock. I'm piecing together a sr9tc clone, that will be built on a PTR, however, a mp5 pdw in 40 is also on the list. So we will see what wins out. Right now I'm trying to put my time on the dillon.
