1911 or 2011

Hey all

I have been shooting 1911s my whole life and would like to keep it that way. I'm at a standstill picking between a 1911 or a 2011. Let's say reloading is quick does the 2011 lend that much more of a upper hand? My 3" carry gun won't be the best for factory division hahah.

2011 ftw. It will literally double the amount of shooting you can do between reloads. This is for competition right?

Yes sir just some club series for now, limited division. Just getting my feet wet. I'll look into the STI edge or the Maraude. Thank you for the help

Actually my 1911 only holds 10+1. My 2011 holds 24+1. So it's more then double.
