Springfield Armory 1911 Drop-in Magwell

Anyone that's thinking about a drop-in(self installed) Magwell w/ backstrap might what to check opt the Stan Chen SI Magwell. His website. I can attest that the workmanship is second to none and they fit perfect on Springer's and DW's. I've installed 4. Blue and stainless. And the price is right. I've heard that on Les Baer's the frame is a different an fitting is required.

Agree 100%. If you want a magwell, the Chen SI is one you should definitely consider. I have a new blued one in my parts drawer.

I've got a Wilson Combat Bulletproof magwell on my 1911. It is an extremely nice work of art and it dropped right in.
