Sold/Expired 17" Barrel group buy- UPDATE!

Within the next couple of hours I'll have the pricing from ESS solutions for a group buy on 17'' barrels with rifle length gas systems. I will let everybody know about pricing as soon as the email arrives, but I just wanted to gauge interest. These barrels are supposed to be ideal for 3 gun. They are barely longer than the carbines we're used to with a much more reliable and lower recoil gas system.

Updated information! I heard back from ESS and these prices are going to be smoking. We will need to get twenty barrels for the price to be good.

The Barrels are available in H Bar or M4 5.56x45
Thread is ½ x 28
Rifling is 1-9
Chromlelining is available. The price for chrome lining is $40

The price for 20, 17” 5.56 M4 or H Bar Barrels with Barrel extension, Gasport Hole and Manganese Phosphate will be
$ 109.00 each
Shipping will be $40.00


The shipping will end up being 2.00 per barrel. I'll start our list on the next post

Yes

No, but we could offer the complete assembly with the front sight.
What type of steel are the barrels made of?

4140 Chrome Molly Stress Relieved

What is the thickness of the HB under handguard area and in front of hand guard area?
.750

Also, after payment is made, do you have an approximation of time until the barrels are shipped?
4-6 weeks

I just found out some additional services available from the manufacturer. An interested member asked about if the barrels came with the front sight notch. The answer is no, but they can be included if you buy with a front sight. Therefore, a complete barrel assembly is available. Per the manufacturer:

The cost to assemble the Front sight, including Barrel nut and Hand guard Cap, A2 frontsight Base including Material will be
$ 159.00
We offer the A2 front sight Base.

So keep the orders coming.
