I can speak for USSA, Robert you sound like you may want to help run two matches on that weekend I would be glad to help you coordinate all the set up that it takes to run one proam. You can ask Mr. Hughes but it is at least 6-8 hours set up time with a 3 man crew plus all other considerations...
