I have had good luck with Faxon barrels. http://faxonfirearms.com/barrels/ar-15/5-56-nato-223-remington/ They have several .223 barrels for less than $200.

So you need Remington part number F405345? The black synthetic stock with the over molded rubber? If that's the one, looks like Brownells has them in stock if you don't find a take off somewhere.
