take a look at the Range Officer Elite, much lighter. Comes in Compact and Champion sizes. The Compact is maybe 1/4" shorter. Also an Operator version with extras, e.g. rails and better sights.

Looks like the aftermarket hammers are 2 position only. Am I the only one that sees a safety issue with this? Did want to add a beavertail and commander hammer to a Mil Spec, hammer bite getting old.
