In fact Yes, we tried it on the Habanero Gold Jelly that she did a week or so ago and it was just like Cream Cheese right out of the 'frig. It was a little drier on top but a few whisks later it was spot on!

From my experience with the PSA's, the deal is a good one. I've read some reports (blogs, reviews) that give them a thumbs up. I find the trigger to be a bit "gritty", not real smooth. Nothing a dremel tool, some #7 polishing compound won't sort out ;) Go For It!
