Sorry should have said Billet.......nice and sturdy, beautiful fit and finish, but I now wish it had an ambi set up, however now that Matt mentions it, I might go for heliarcing the magpul or possibly one I can make on, it may be the simplest and less costly option.

Usually use a Magpul " bad lever" on my rifles, but it does not look like it will fit on the loki due to the design. What other options may be available to create an ambi release?

Frankly it is good of Erik to be even helping us out, he can sell every one of these pieces and turn a bigger profit at this moment in time, demand is high, components are hard to get. My brother is a Loki dealer and told me 3-4 months.

Demand is real high right now, many companies are 3+ month behind, and components are hard to get. Hopefully we will start seeing this order any day....... :O

in a well balanced gun, weight in the middle is less noticed, but in a nose heavy gun , JP midweight contour or dpms M12 in 18" it tilts forward pretty hard.

Matt has a point about strength.........in my case I am stuck, to shoot that gun well with my hand forward, I am indexing right on the gas block. If I was going to lighten the front of the CTR, the carbon fiber is worth it there, not sure at the difference between a 15" VTAC and a 15" CF has...

thanks for the info, yes I have corresponded with MarCo a couple of times. He actually is the only option with the firebird nut, I tried to contact firebird regarding a longer guard but .....However MarCo is quite prompt. The extra long JP guard maybe making my CTR be heavy at the end of...
