ok guys i just went and watched my first 3 gun match this morning and I'm hooked. is there anything special i need to get started. i think i have the right guns i just need to know about the other things that are important if there are any. what equipment do i need? thanks guys

i have an ar 15 would that work for the three gun event or does it need to be a 308. i was looking to set up a bolt action for long range shooting but i wouldn't be opposed to setting up another one for the three gun that looks like a lot of fun. the only shotgun i have is an 870 express that...

it was pretty good i took my 6 yr old son and we both had a good time. off to the gun show tomorrow to look for some new toys
