Got home today and pulled it apart. Hammer cracked. Looks like it's allowing enough flex to release from the disconnector. CZ customer service already has one on the way to me.

In practice this week my 712 went full auto. Now when I drop the bolt the hammer follows. If I ease the bolt forward the hammer stays back but the trigger is dead. Didn't have time to crack it open yet. Anyone got any ideas? Keith And yes, for that brief moment, it was rediculously cool!!

You can ghost load the 712. When you push the round on the lifter down you have to hit the button at the back of the lifter. This will let it down a little more and clear the bolt.

Ok guys, got mine out today. Two coils off the recoil spring and deburred everything I could get to. It's cycling great with bulk 3 dram 1 1/8oz loads. Better with federal than Winchester. Both will lock it back when empty and eject with enough force. However, 1 in 10 will hang up on the chamber...

N320 or titegroup if your shooting cmj's or hp's. fmj or moly I'd use wst to cut down on the smoke. Keith
