Ciener (of Ciener 22lr conversions) has finally been arrested for fraud. He's infamous in shooting circles for being a total douchebag, now its official.

Glad I bought the Nordic Upper from our group buy.
I was considering the Ceiner before the buy came along.
I know several people on this forum have the ceiner, and wonder if they have had to same customer service?

I had heard Ciener was difficult to deal with. I had considered one of the 19/23 .22 kits for my Glock, but didn't want to deal with him. Now I'm really glad I didn't order anything from him. I'd still be waiting!
