Weld up my SLP lift gate?

Last weekend at USSA Corley mentioned a place in MO where I can send the lift gate out of our FN SLP shotgun to get it welded up but I didnt get all the info. Can anyone fill me in with a name / contact number for the guy in MO to send it to to get welded up so it'll guit eating our thumbs?

Page 43 in the below link. It's easy just follow the instructions. It comes out with the whole trigger group.
