No, he lives in tenessee, GM revo shooter, he orchestrated the Memphis charity challenge. He said he will quit his day job if elected. Hes a good guy to know if you shoot revo.

I just received word from Dave Thomas that the last of the election ballots were sent out yesterday from HQ. You should be expecting them by next week. Please be sure to vote! Although I would appreciate your support, that's not the purpose of this email. We have historically had a very low ballot return v/s membership rate, and I would like to see that change this year.
There are 5 candidates running for the Presidency, and 3 running for Area 5. If you choose not to return your ballot and vote, you loose
the right to legitimately complain about ANYTHING involving USPSA.
If you don't receive your ballots by the end of next week, and you joined/renewed USPSA membership before May 1st of this year, CONTACT USPSA HQ! I tried to have this announced via the USPSA email blast, but with no success.
I would love to see this message go viral among our members!

fine,
I like Phil, he a an excellent shooter, he has charisma, and he would look good on a wheaties box..
I like Sam as well. Sam is a good shooter, he is always helping out at matches, and when he talks to you he seems like one of the normal shooters than a super squad guy. he is also going to step down from his current job and dedicate his time to the uspsa.
I like them both, I don't care who or why your voting as long as you vote...

and it might be a revo thing, I like guys that like what I like... revo is harder to shoot so fewer people shoot it.. besides revo guys have more fun and it's my understanding are better looking

I don't know Sam or the other non-Phil guys personally but I'm sure they are all good guys.
The fact of the matter is that nobody else knows anybody but Phil either in the big scheme of things. So if you want to see CHANGE as my homie Bama would say vote for Phil OR Mike Voight will win again and it's the same deal all over again for 4 more years. Strader is the only guy that stands a farts chance in the wind of winning due to his notoriety. If Phil wins you can almost guarantee that USSA will host some sort of National Championship again. If he doesn't you better plan on Vegas or Florida for awhile.

Jesse it's a big world outside of area 4... more people know hopalong (Sam Keen) than you think... but two strong candidates against an incumbent usually means the incumbent will win.. I would like to know the statistics on who's been in front sight more.. so I wouldn't say the "fact of the matter" unless your just talking about boomer shooter.. because there is a hell of a lot more people on BEnos
with so little voter turn out it could be an interesting race... especially looking at the amount of ad space Michael has used in front sight.. it's going to come down to who has the most followers that will actually vote...
