I just launched a new business and it is going great, basically i am very computer/internet dumb.. i know there is a way to "see/get alerts" when people are "talking" about your product??? how do i do that?? here is the website if that helps..

You can sign up for google alerts.
Whenever a phrase you are interested is indexed by google on a website you receive an email with a link
to the phrase or words you are interested in monitoring.

For instance you could sign up for an alert on the phrase "Revolutionary Propeller Designs" and receive an email from google
every time it indexes a new page with that phrase.
If people were discussing your product on a forum for example and posted that phrase you would know about it.

You can sign up for multiple alerts.
