What do you do for a living?

HAHA! My buddy was like that. He had lots of years on the job after his eligible retirment age.
His favorite comment when asked about when he was going to retire was: I'll retire the next time you piZZ me off!
Somebody must have as he gave it up about a year ago :D

Hitting that anniversary was a VERY liberating experience!! :P

maintenance electrician at Quad Graphics. I just started in January and love it. I was a construction electrician and don't miss it one bit!

As of this last Thursday I am now a bum. Myy boss and I had a differing viewpoint so I told him I was outta there (parts manufacturer). Since I am heading up to Canada on the 24th to bring my wife down to Oklahoma I'm gonna stay unemployed for the next month. Probably look at going back to driving an eighteen wheeler (the only job I was ever good at and liked), though preferably a local driving gig so I can be home nightly.

My buddy just had to have a surveyer come out and test the ground so he could install a septic tank

Yeah, that was a perc (percolation) test. I don't know why they say a Surveyor has to do those cause it doesn't have anything to do with surveying. But hey, we will do them all day long
