took the wife shooting this morning

Took my wife to H&H this morning for a little fun time. Took her Sig P238 and my FS2K. She's getting better with her 380, she can now consistently hit the chest on the human silhouette targets, which is a BIG improvement! She had never fired a gun until she met me. She put 80 rounds through her Sig today. I also convinced her to shoot the FS2K. She was real apprehensive about it at first. She hesitated 4 times before I told her to not worry about aiming and just pull the trigger. She was worried about the kick, but once she pulled the trigger she was hooked! I only got to shoot 40 rounds through it. The other 60 rounds went with her! She loved it. I think I have finally gotten my wife hooked on one of my passions/hobbies! She said, "I think I want an AR-15" This is a great day!

if i were off work i would be there. bringing her would be a bit tough also...three kids and all. hmmmmm, maybe we should have a day care at the range...

Just thought of a way for Brandon & Jesse to sponsor matches.....by babysitting. Although, I am afraid most of the kiddies would outsmart them. :blink:
