Do your really think the teacher approved this?

I'm thinking not.
The a$$ wipe kid and his parents should be sued by the school for misuse of school property, and safety regulations.
The people hit with frivolous law suits should come back with counter suits to stop some of this nonsense.

Either way the legal system we have in place will reward both attorneys nicely.

How about losers of frivolous suits be forced to pay court costs and defendents attorney fees? Lawyers who take on these cases and then lose forfeit their ability to practice law for 30 days.

Can't cure this nation of stupid...
