AH1 is a Fundamental Handgun Skills class.
The ability to draw and hit a target at speed with a handgun is not magic!
It is fundamentals and nothing is more important in shooting than fundamentals.
For Self-Defense, Competition or just Recreational shooting learning the fundamentals will make you a better shooter.
Come join us for this fun and a very informative class!
Fundamentals of shooting a handgun that will be taught in this class include: Grip, Index Points, Stance, Trigger Control, Use of Sights, Draw Stroke, Reloads, Non-Diagnostic Malfunction Clearances, Holster Selection and Placement.
Safety is number one, so this class will give you new insights into keeping you and your loved ones safe around guns.
Items Needed:
Semi-Auto Handgun
Holster (for that handgun)
3 to 5 Magazines
Magazine Pouch
Belt
Eye Protection
Ear Protection (electronic is preferred, allowing you to hear range commands)
Ball Cap or Brimmed Hat
300 Rounds of Ammo
Note Taking Material
All of the Items needed for the class are available for purchase at Heartland Outdoors, including handgun rental. So please arrive early to purchase any necessary items, which will ensure you get the best selection and don’t miss any of the class.
