Against my better judgment, I'm going all out and splurging on a LWRCi M6A3 piston rifle instead of going the cheap route and building myself a DI AR rifle. Been waiting on the weather to clear up so I can place the order with Steve at Cold Hand Arms.

Yeah, it's pretty much not worth getting just an upper when it comes to LWRC. Especially since you can get a whole m6a3 rifle for about $2100-2400. At shot show 2011, they did announce a newly redesigned M6a1 rifle that has a mid length piston (current m6a1 are DI guns I think, could be wrong) for about $1400 MSRP.

The REPR is awesome. Has the charging handle off to the side like an XCR. No facefull of smoke when shooting suppressed

I've been wanting a Ruger GP100 SS 6" and also one of those GSG 1911 .22's, and I have a completed lower that I haven't done anything with yet either. My last monies spent went on a .22 can with the Major, still waiting on that.

What hurts your hands? That rough texture stuff?
Try squeezing some gravel as hard A's you can then grip the gun. It will feel much better.
I picked up one of those GSG .22 1911s and I love it.

My extended wishlist includes a 2011 in 9mm for steel/idpa/pro-am
The new CZ Shadow 75 when it makes the USPSA Production approved list...
and my 'dream' carry gun is a Lightweight commander in Super ;-)
Almost forgot, I have my sights set on a new Sporting Clays gun too, another Browning O/U.
