Went to the range yesterday. Shot my LCP, SP101 and Single Six before moving on the my MkIII 22/45. Six hundred rounds later at 30 feet this was the result:

600 rounds! Wow! I must have A.D.D., cause after 100 rounds I'm done. So I see you shoot at the SGT's? I'm wondering why they don't have any distance markings (tape on the floor...etc), so members now how far they're shooting.

Yeah, 600 rounds. My thumb is still a bit sore. :) It's a nice ride for me down Sooner from MWC to the range. There's a range here in Del City but the guy who owns it is a prick IMHO. I use to park my semi-truck there years ago before he bought the lot. One day he left a nasty note on my door telling me to never park there again after he bought the lot. So much for being diplomatic.

I've gone to H&H a few times but I try to stay off the I-40 crosstown as everyone thinks they're a NASCAR driver. Not much fun to be riding my bike at 65mph and have people tailgating me.

Are you talking about Gun World?

Yeah. On Sunnylane south of SE29th. Before it was Gun World it was a vacant lot after a night club there by the name of Fetherados (think that was how it was spelled) which was popular back in the '80's while I was stationed at Tinker. After that place burned down and I got into trucking I'd park my truck there when I came home up until I got the nasty note telling me not to park there anymore with the threat of having the cops called.

Went in there once after it opened. Prices were insanely high on guns. Never have been back. First time I've ever wanted to see a business fail (being that I'm a supporter of capitalism and the entrepreneurial spirit).

Yeah that place is WAY to high on gun prices. I think it used to be Mashburn Arms
