Good Grips & Where They Are...?

New RIA FS 5" 1911 followed me home the other week --rubber grips n' all. They're not bad... Summers in Atlanta are a bit on the 'warm' side of the meter, so every tactile bit of grip I can get when sweat is running between my fingers is only a good thing.
Secondly, my hands are not.... um, small. XL gloves are a tight fit. Where might a reputable set of oversized grips -that are tacky (think "stick'em" on footballs during Snow Bowls) be found, and which manufacture makes a good pair?

I await the Wisdom of the Collective....

I use Lok Grips, G10 like VZ, used to be little cheaper than VZ but haven't bought any in a while, they do a lot of custom grips for the guntubers. They have lot of colors, I like the white ones, they list it as ivory

I bought a set of Hi power grips from Lok grips. Love the sandpaper feel, any they are slim too. Look great on an older Belgian Hi power that I've had for years. I can heartily recommend those. Mine are a dark gray/black combo. Really nice!

Don't remember all the brand names, but bought about a half dozen VZ clones of G-10 grips & all work well, @ a much lower price than the VZ's.
My 1st G-10 grips were a pr. of VZ's..they were reduced in price ( due to their pink-ish color ?) bought them to give 'em a try. Liked the texture, so went to order another few sets & were put off by their ( VZ's) price. The clone grips I've bought all fit fine & work as well, to me anyway. Recently bought G-10's to replace the plastic grips on my CZ-75,just wish someone made them for my CZ-83..
