I believe you are correct, but the civil suit will see all of the violent, unhinged mentally ill madman's actions and see a thug with a rap sheet a mile long who was determined to attack innocent passengers. The criminal case would not allow in past criminal info, but they will be able to enter the fact he was found not guilty by a jury of his peers.

It (civil suit) may not be so easy! and I would think that Penny can counter sue the family for damages it they lose. I would suggest suing the families attorney also!

No need for sorry, we are all getting a bit older. If we were so literate as a group this would be called "The brethren of Miriam Webster", but we like guns, shooting and training. A small blunder should be overlooked.

if there is a fight it shouldnt last long. my view is the 2020 vote was corrupted so there arent as many hard core to beat as you may think. and add to that more than half are, ahhum, some kind of woman.
( nothing wrong with women. i like women. there are women that can handle a weapon and some that cry.)

I have triplet daughters who have been kickboxing for fourteen years and their teacher (sensei) studied with Bruce Lee. They also out shoot me as they see way better than their soon to be 60 dad. One models for Lancome and they are all taller than me. 6'1. All legs and smart mouths. Not even sure they are mine, but they did look like me when they were born. All three are a-holes so I am pretty sure. Lord have mercy on whoever crosses this army.
Daddy, you put eight in the head and if we can't put sixty in the x, we go home. You know how expensive McDonald's is now? These chicks...

Tigers tripe, they all have Biblical names.
They go in bars and cause trouble with men. If I get another call from a police officer someone is getting a 0400 hours haircut. These chick's are very pretty and are true flytraps. All three will go to Texas A&M in the fall and then at least two years in military service. In my wildest dreams I never would have thought this would be what I am dealing with, but...

I live in Mi. And I'm absolutely sick about this elephant dung! Our governor and legislature is picked by a few rich and very liberal counties. Not to mention most of our so called republicans are rino lap dogs. Then I believe large share of the repubs everywhere are pretty much that. Waaaaay past time for a Constitutional Conservative Party in this beautiful country! I figure I'll catch some hell for my beliefs, but so be it!

I really don't have a choice or I'd be elsewhere now. Miss LD has a lot of medical problems plus the fact OF13 grandkids here and that makes it a no go for her. Whitchmer need to be retired along with her lib buddies as in Stacy if state mi Supreme Court and so on

You are correct sir. You are a hostage. My shot up broken bone airborne self is still mobile. Your wife and children's children supercede all. It's tough. If I think to hard about it I might hit a Venezuelan on the corner here. G-d help us all.

Thank you for your service sir. Miss LD's past husband was a vet too. 6 years in Marine corp. 17 in Coast Guard. He spent 30 months in Nam 68-69 went thru that whole mess. He got too much agent orange. 9 heart attacks died from complications. Anyone who ever served has our absolute gratitude. Were you in 101'st or 82nd?
