USPSA @ OKC Gun Club Saturday December 1st

I just want to say thanks to all of the shooters out there. I had a ****ing blast shooting my first match ever today. I ****ed up a lot but **** it i had fun, i only ever picked up my first handgun this last march so im a total noob. It was great to finally put some faces to the names.
Also, id like to thank Mitch for driving me up there. Hated to see him get that DQ but i really appreciate all the pointers and support given to me through out the whole day.
I'll see you guys at the next one i hope!

Jared, I just saw the scores. You crushed it! I'm proud of you. The TDSA class must have sunk in. A little hiccup on stage 7 or you would have been in the top 25 overall.

Yup, I was ready to make that Texas Star a one-night stand and my mag jammed up.

And on another stage I tried to game it and it cost me points as well.

I had fun, could definately tell TDSA helped.

Scores are up.

Congrats to ChrisC. 26th Overall.....with a revolver!

Somehow my last stage was not scored :(. Chris wold have won anyway but it would have been a lot closer. Congrats Chris!!! I cannot find the "I'm not worthy emoticom"

My opening debut on the classifier stage as a new USPSA member just happened to by my worst stage. Maybe next time, and maybe I'll start looking at my sights more. I can only go up from there...

Man what a blast. I shot like a turd but the squad was awesome. I would name names but you know who you are. :vinsent:

Yes, first USPSA match

BTW: It was also the same Tony Wall of Make Ready Pro Shop that was there today too.

I seen that guy walking around with his groupies, and for some weird reason all of a sudden I wanted to touch myself??

Just remember this is how he feels about competition shooters.

I used to shoot competitively, but I got a bit fed up with the pompus snob nose primadona jackwads that dominate the shooting sports. That is one reason I quit building competition guns. The customer's were such dicks, it just wasn't worth the trouble.

How come you never go on about how awesome your squad is when I shoot with you?

Burk my good buddy...you've never "shot" with me. You've flung lead in random directions some of which actually hit their intended target. Some day when you "shoot" with me, and do it well I will speak highly of your deeds and actions.
