Load 2 method

Thank you! I don't have a timer yet but am using an app on my phone. Starting out, I can have shotgun shouldered, load eight and then reshoulder by the time the buzzer goes off at 7 seconds. I should get better with practice.

Jesse was also kind enough to make a video on how to AD while dropping duces at last months 3Gun match.

I know this is a old thread but I was curious how that taccom set worked out for you? I'm looking for a reasonably priced caddy for a person getting into 3 gun

I have been using the Taccom for a year now off and on. I think they are a great set up. I also use a set of the AP customs. The taccom holds the shells tight when you run from spot to spot. The AP's cost more and look "cooler" and also work well. I am getting some more of the Taccom 8 count load 2 and another quad. They hold up real well.

You can't really go wrong with these for use on the belt. I will like to try the Carbon Arms pinwheel on a cummerbund style set up for a chest/gut rig.

Best bang for your buck getting started will be the taccom imho.

The negative with the taccom 4 up us that the clips can rotate a bit and she's get misaligned. Still the best bang for the buck for the new guy.

I couldn't decide, so I have a weak hand caddy, 4 Taccom quad loads, and a 16 round load 2 chest rig. Not so great at any, but I can carry 38 rounds, just in case I fumble a few.

Thanks for the input guys. I have been looking at the taccom and ap custom for a week guess its time to pull the trigger on the Taccoms. I can't justify the AP's right now.

I usually use a couple of the Taccom 6up load2 carriers on my belt. Before you start a stage make sure that none of the clips have rotated and you should be ok.

The 16up beltline carrier I have been playing with, but there's a bit too much play in it, which can cause fumbles. It seems to me that the belt just isn't stiff enough. I'm playing around with some ideas to improve it while keeping it cheap. If I come up with anything useful I'll post it here on the forum.
