Congrats on the draw. I'm still waiting to be drawn for speed goat. I know a game ranger that used to work that area. He said a person could fill their tag on the Rita Blanca national grasslands.
You might see if Guymon has a newspaper online for leases or put an ad in Craig's list.

The WMA atlas that the wildlife department sells for $25 has great maps of public hunting in that area.

just an update to those who were interested. tagged out the second day of the hunt.

Congratulations!
thats quite a feat to take a speed goat with a bow.
In your first post, you were wondering where to go. What did you do to find a place, and we would be interested in what it took for you to get close enough for a shot. Waterhole?

He is a friend of mine and I don't want to steel his thunder but I think he hit it at 300 yards with a Tika T3 lite in 300WSM. One shot drop! I Am so happy for him and jealous at the same time.. It could not of happened to a better person!!

P.S. it was my sweet bolt action gun he used
