Ok, I'm new here, I have Ballester-Rigaud 1911 .45 made in Argentina in 1938. A 3 digit serial number, one of first thousand made before name change to Ballester-Mollina in 1940. Very good firing condition, what kind of value for a pre-WWII 1911?

The Hamlet Squire of Tomfoolery . . .
Need some pictures for that, they could be anywhere from 300 bucks to 1200 bucks, even more

Agreed. Condition and originality are everything. Photos will tell the tale.

By the way, sight unseen . . . . .

I'll take it!

Not really interested in selling the pistol, just wondering value of 3 digit serial number. Not quite sure how to send pictures on this site, any info would be appreicated.
