Grilling alert

Just got started grilling some elk burgers.
Saw a news report the other day about the fibers from grill brushes falling off, and getting into the food. It can cause severe intestinal infection, requiring surgery.

Sure as heck, I brushed my grill, and inspected it. One fiber from a stainless steel brush laying on the grill. Had my burger got on it, there might have been a problem.

If you use one of these, inspect your grill closely.

I quit using the steel brushes for that reason
