Welcome Kimber 1911

Thanks Matt.

First, Burk, somehow I doubt you are frail or weak. And, if you are like a zebra, you will just blend in...

Secondly, Jesse, if I need an apology I will ask for one ~ No beating around the bush with me.

Lastly, darlin, I don't need you to protect or defend me.

And, if any of ya'all are offended... pfftt... Someday you might get my sense of humor ~ until then ~ here's some tissue! :

Glad you joined in on the group..It looks like it's going to be fun having you on here

So, I guess I better tell y'all a little about me before the lies start spreading! L0L
Grew up in Arizona, where we don't have all these crazy gun laws ~ If you're not a fellon you can carry anyway you want.
Lived in Michigan for 25 years. Don't let anyone tell ya, you get aclamated to the cold ~ they are liars! Moved to Oklahoma 4.5 years ago.
My darlin' husband of 6 years this Saturday, has been trying to talk me into getting interested in guns since we got married. So, last fall I bought a Walther PPK .380... It sat in the case except when I would come home and find my darlin' husband fondling it ~ it was sad! So, I signed up for a beginner gun class instead of having my darlin' husband show me how to handle a gun (I wanted to stay married ~ and so did he)!
Anyway, I broke my Walther, which had never been fired and sat in the case for 25 years. But, I had so much fun and loved shooting so I went gun shopping! Bought my first love (sorry Walther) Kimber Aegis 9mm 3in 1911 and it's all irrelevant from there.
Oh, I was told my new grips for my Walther are still back ordered and will arrive some time this summer!

Know what ya mean about cold. I lived in ND for 31 years, you just get better at tolerating it with the right clothes.
