Hybrid AR receivers (accepts AK mags)

So I'm deciding to give the AR platform another go, only in 7.62x39 cal. due to the unrealibility of the stenag 7.62x39 mags, I want to locate one of the hybrid reciver, the type of receiver that accepts the AK mag. Anyone have any recomendations as to manufactures that are making said receivers. I sent a msg to Loki to se if they might venture into making some and I konw that vulcan used to make one other than that Im at a loss.

Hope you have lots of $$$$$$$$$ MGI sells a stripped lower made for interchangeable mag wells for $500 then another $275 or the AK mag-well.

And you still have to modify the upper for the wider mag

Actually it's the opposite. The AK is the Bug and the...well you get the picture.

Go read the other thread in which Kurt tells why the AK round is too much for the AR15 frame.

Sounds like you should go with the 5.45x39 in the AR platform if you just have to have an AK caliber. Plus it's even cheaper to shoot. I have one for that reason.
