WTS/WTT Smith Vortex and Carbine length handguard

Trying to get setup for my first 3 gun match on 17th.

I dont need to hide flash. I dont need to mount lasers and flashlights.

What do need is a good compensator and a smooth hand guard, so I want to ditch these things to fund it.
