Which configuration is better?

I'm about to get a custom pistol built and was wondering what is the best for three gun. 5inch or a 6inch. Full dust cover or short?!?

Congrats! IMO, 5", short dust cover. The added weight of a full dust cover in 9 is not needed.

I don't see but maybe one or two 6" guns for every 50-60 5" guns. If you need the extra sight radius to hit targets your fundamentals are probably lacking.

I have both full and short stat cover guns. It doesn't matter. I can switch between the two and still shoot. The light ones feel faster but the heavy ones recoil less/different.

My limited gun is a 5" short dustcover bushing barrel. I guess I don't slap like Chambers does though.

Hmm, The Schofield BB pistol well this is good , perfect range for firearm proficiency and training,This is the best choice!!
