Several of them are good if done properly. Ear, Inc is reputable but you have to find a local representative to make them in person. I have never used the ones that you buy and do yourself.
I will tell you to make sure they are done properly. I had some made and they jammed too far down in my ear and they made me dizzy and I kept falling over (truth)
I like the hear pro 37's I just got.
The surefire plugs I used were ok (& a buddy of mine likes the surefires) but I don't think they're anywhere in the same ballpark as these hear pro custom molded plugs.
A rep came to work and made anyone that wanted some EAR Inc plugs. Honestly, at least at a power plant, the Moldex foam Spark Plugs reduce noise better for me. So I haven't even tried the EAR Inc plugs shooting.
