That letter makes whomever wrote it look like a total tool because I have no clue what issue they are referring to.

Yes, that's the one. I'm sure more details will be surfacing as the shooters start coming home. I have a lot of friends who shot the match.
I shot the euro rifle championship at the same range last summer, but bad management only affected the match crew mostly at that match. But this sounds like a real elephant dung show compared to that.
