Weimaraner

Has anyone ever had a Weimaraner? My girlfriend is looking to get a 4 month old female.
Any cons to this breed?

I have one. Very active dog that needs a lot of attention. Destructive if not given enough. Very smart. Very sensitive feelings. Just read about it online. It's mostly true what you read.

Extremely high energy but cool dogs. If your gf isn't a jogger, she might wanna start.

Needs lots of attention and exercise and light handed discipline. Not great hunters unless coming from blood line bred strictly for hunting!

I have one. He is a big goofy dog. High energy and needs lots of exercise. Wouldn't trade him for the world.
