vortex razor HD turret screw stripped

Anyone else have the damn turret screw that you take out to zero the turrets strip out? I know I had them out once and didn't put locktite on them. Now I tried to re-zero and had to use screw extractors to get them out. Do they need a drop of oil when reassembled?

I will have to call them tomorrow. I got the screws out, but need new screws.

New screws will be here by the end of the week from vortex. I was impressed with the support. A REAL person answered the phone right away and helped me out.
Sounds like the screw problem is not common. I must have over tightened the screws or used a worn out Allen wrench.

I think it's a 2mm hex, so probably easy to strip if you used standard.
