Is this fairly noob/scrub friendly? Thinking about bombing over from OKC to shoot my first real match.

Heard fantastic tales of USSA facilities.

I wouldn't necessarily place "bombing" & "okc" in the same sentence but I more than welcome you to come on over from okc to shoot with us.

It is very beginner friendly, ask Tony, and there will be plenty of us more experienced shooters willing to help you out.

:-)

Hope you can make it!

It's a trick. One time I sqaudded with Mitch and he just kept saying "work on your grip"

Whelp, I killed my joke with crappy quote formats. Mitch is good people for a first match. If it's anything like my first match, expect jokes about Pro-Grip and other sticky white stuff.

The darker and more terrible the humor the better. Especially if it involves copious amounts of dudes with guns all talking about grip and having a good time :danced: :newrussian:

I'll be at my daughters dance competition all weekend. I'm going to do my best to make it in May. Then I'll squad with Burk since nobody else will.
Burk has to be there to squad with him

Who is Burk anyway? I think it's an automated bot to post on this forum, not an actual person. There is some guy that shows up at local matches occasionally that claims to be Burk, but he looks more like Curk Bornelius.

Yeah we rescheduled just for you and then you don't come...WTF!

Wish I could come. I volunteered to RO the GSSF match in Pryor. If I bring home a gun, I wont regret the decision. If I don't, I definitely will.
