Just curious. I'm going to try to make this match but what is the ususal round count? I'm having a hard time finding 9mm ammo out here in Western Ok.

I hoped to have some Dawson adjustable sights for the M&P to shoot production, but the person responsible for ordering them for Christmas only ordered the rear sights and not the required .285-.305 tall front sight. She shall remane nameless, but at least my wife tried and I place an order for the front sight on Christmas day only to find they are closed through New Years. So you guys shooting production just caught a break, but I'll still be there so don't get too comfortable.

I need to look into ordering some of them.

Thought I was going to have to skip. Had a hell of a time finding any ammo for sale. I can't believe how empty the ammo cases are.

I still haven't found any. This will be the last match for me for a while until some comes up. I'm going to order up 1K from Red River Ammo tonight when I get home from work instead of buying a reloading setup with my christmas cash but they say "Due to increased sales demand, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of this product." So no more pistol shooting for me till it comes in, unless I do a Steel Challange with rimfire.

That's a real bummer. Sucks all this madness is making everyone suffer.

What caliber round were you looking for? Guthrie Walmart had a lot of .40 and .45. Few .410 and 12g. Terry's was the only place I saw factory 9mm and I bought the last 150 rounds. Patriot might have some reload 9mm but you'd have to check. They've been having a hard time getting supplies.

Luckily my wife got me some for Christmas before they sold out. Got 200 rounds to run for the 5th. ;)

Yeah, bullet-control fears are still going strong. I'm glad I shoot .40S&W in Oklahoma. Ain't nobody buying that elephant dung.

Because we all make our own
True, but there's still a huge "no reason to shoot .40/ I call it '40 short and weak'" reasoning floating around the generic gun-owning community around here. Anywhere I go that 9mm is sold out still has .40 on the shelf. It was the same way in 2008-2009.

I've always liked .40, even before I got into uspsa.
