USPSA match at OKCGC | 4.7.18

The April USPSA match is this coming Saturday, April 7th

Sign-in will start about 9:15, the match should be underway by 10.

Match setup will be Friday afternoon starting about 1PM and help is alwaysappreciated. See announcement below for a great incentive.

You can still sign up at the match but if as many preregister as possible, it will save time and help us get underway on time. See item #2 below.
Please note that we do not offer online self-squadding; we will squad just prior to the match start.

Two important announcements:

1. Help setup on Friday and you'll get a ticket in a drawing for a pistol later this year. Exact details are being finalized on the drawing, but it's our way of saying thank you to those who come and help - it is a volunteer sport. Our plan is to make this a regular feature for our USPSA matches.

2. To encourage online registration, two names will be drawn from the Practiscore Registration and will have their match free of charge.

[SIZE=11.5pt]YES, we plan to hold the match as scheduled, but given the weather forecasts we have decided to do the setup early Saturday morning and make it a Classifier Only match. Limited movement required. The good news is here's an opportunity to get classified in a division if you aren't already.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=11.5pt]Setup help will be critical to an on-time start so anyone who can come out by 8am to help setup will be [/SIZE][SIZE=11.5pt]much[/SIZE][SIZE=11.5pt] appreciated.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=11.5pt]1. The only reshoots will be for rules reasons -- ie., you can't pay $5 to reshoot for a better classifier score.
2. We will have some stew or chili or hot dogs available for lunch but we will not have the usual meals served as at our normal matches.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=11.5pt]Weather forecasts vary, but it appears that Saturday will be cold and windy. Depending on what actually happens Friday, it may also be a bit wet so plan accordingly.[/SIZE]

The April OKCGC USPSA match will be all classifiers. Due to bad weather tomorrow, the match will have to be set up Sat morning. Set up will be starting around 8:00a Sat and all help will be most appreciated.

It was either this or cancel. At least this option will still allow people to shoot and those that need it can get classified before the sectional & area 4 matches.
